how do I find collections agent

I am trying to PFD a med collection.  It is with Credit Collections USA.  I have tried to PFD but so far they have not accepted.   Does anyone have a contact or know how I can find someone specific I can address this to?  I have been sending it to no one in particular.  I have looked on their website but I cant find a person to address to.  Any suggestions??   Thanks

Find out if the OC still owns the account and will accept a PFD.

This CA is in Morgantown, WV, right? If not, post back and I'll edit this post. Didn't want to post bad info.

Only found one name and that is Linda Wolfe listed as the COO. I also found a Linda Godwin at the same address. One is a married name, but found Linda Wolfe on later docs, including a doc to the FCC from her listing herself as a COO for CCUSA. Also at the same address is a Robert Godwin with National Hospital Collections, LLC. Here is a contract between this CA and health care providers (other hospitals) and it lists Linda Wolfe as the COO. So, she is a COO for both. These two CAs have very identical websites and one lists the other.

Also check out the brochure. They say they report to the 3 CRAs but they also report to Innovis. Might be worth including that in your PFD.

Yes, thats them.  Thanks  llecs!  I will address my next PFD to Linda Wolfe.  I have used both addresses before but have gotten nowhere.  Maybe she will listen.   I will include Innovis in my next letter too, thanks for pointing that out.  I really need to get rid of this one!!   Thanks for your help!
