Re: how to delete these items? Please help

Not sure what you are looking for, but the only way to remove accurate items is to GW/PFD the creditors/CA.

To direct you, we need the following information for each account.

What is the DOFD?

Paid or unpaid?

Can you PIF if unpaid?

Is it beyond SOL?

Is it reporting accurately?

Have you DV'd?

If you don't pay? They are not going to delete.  You could try and negotiate a lower payment to delete with the CAs but you are going to have to reach an agreed amount to do that and you are definitely gonna have to pay something.

I think you are confusing CRTP with SOL. Have a look around the forums and read the links below for more information.

If you are looking for a away to have these removed without going through the proper channels, such as GW/PFD, you won't find it here.

The only removal methods for accurate accounts discussed here are ethical and consist of agreements that are willingly entered into by both the creditor/CA and the consumer.
