All 3 Scores have gone up now. Equifax from 652 to 671 (+19 points), Trans Union from 688 to 704 (+16 points), and Experian from 629 to 666 (+37 points) I pulled my credit report on USAA today the Collections account that I paid in full still has not been removed though it is lowered from $312 to $306 I have put in a dispute on Experian I did not have a lot of room to write the whole story so sent thisI hope it is enough. "Comcast paid $312.09 on 2/2/2015 account #xxxxxxxxxxxxxx confirmation #xxxxxx. Remove from account."
Should I wait to dispute it on Equifax till I get the paid receipt from Comcast?

Did the CA agree to remove the account and you are now disputing it with the CRA?? If so this is not a good idea CAs have agreements with the CRA to not do PFDs so when they do its a favor to you, disputing it with the CRAs makes it that much harder for the next person to obtain.

Still learning abbreviated things in these forums so not sure what CRA, CA, are, PFD paid for deletion right?
ok the Origional Creditor Comcast was the ones that promised to tell the purchaser or the debt Stellar Recovery Inc. to remove their reports from my credit report since they did not receive the payment. I paid the bill directly to Comcast after I tried over 3 times to contact Stellar Rcovery.

CRA credit reporting agency; CA collection agency; Yup on the PFD http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Rebuilding-Your-Credit/Guide-To-Common-Abbreviations/m-p/224988?jump...
Comcast still owned the debt then if they took payment, if they sold it they would not have been able to do so since they were not the legal owners of it anymore. The CA was just engaged to collect on their behalf. Ok, if they agreed to basically recall the debt then it should be removed from your reports could take up to 60 days if they request it manually.
Ok what happens on the off chance Comcast did not own the debt but sold it to Stellar Recovery but the Comcast agent took payment by mistake or something? Will I still have to pay the bill again to Stellar Recovery? I tried 4 times to contact them first but kept being moved to a voice mailbox too full to leave a message on.

Good lord, good question I have not seen this one posed before.Speculating as to what might happen I would probably say there would be a fight between the 2 of them most likely resulting in Comcast having to refund you and you then having to deal with Stellar to settle the matter, so I hope that this is not the case.
Me too. I just want this to be over so I can get my CR clean and squeeky for my First home loan... If I ever decide where I want to live.
It seems that the vast majority of the time, communications companies like Comcast, AT&T, DirecTV, Dish, Verizon, Etc., do not like to sell their accounts, they just farm them out to various CA's. They also tend to cycle them from one agency to another every 6-12 months.

That would be a blessing. Credit Karma has my Transuninon at +9 for 731, and Equifax at +23 for 665 due to my new Navy Federal Cash Rewards card, (Not showing the new $15k LOC yet) I am not sure when MyFico updates the credit scores but I hope they reflect the new Credit lines soon.
