pp or not pp? that is the question...

...for those of you who have been helping me work through my lvnv saga, you might already be familiar with this story.  here's the scenario...

drs/bonded was collecting for lvnv (who was collecting for god knows who, i haven't been able to get an answer to a dv over the past four months).  i sent dv to drs, got GC back, and got no response to DV.  lvnv then assigned to another company, boudreau, who i also DV and got no response.

the problem here is, drs has two hard inquiries on my TU file.  i should be able to get these removed due to non-PP, right?  they couldn't validate the debt, lvnv hasn't validated the debt, therefore they have no PP to have pulled my credit report...

how do i go about getting these removed?  do i send copies of the letter and GC to TU asking to have the INQs removed?  do i send a non-pp letter to drs?  what should be my next step here?

the CRA can only do an investigation - they WON'T accept any excuse from the consumer

Send nopn-PP letters to the CAs - if necessary follow with ITS letters.
