trying to understand what to do next, after having a lein filed in error removed?

I had a lein filed in error on a couple acres of ground due to tax issues resulting while my husband was deployed,  We were charged and were not supposed to be. after resolving the issue by going through my state representative they had put it on my credit report. I have the certified letter of satisfaction of lein filed in error and had sent everything to the three CBs and it was only removed from Transunion, I since found out that it is marked as a judgment on the other two and it has been 60 days since I sent them the required info to remove it. What steps do I take next and who should I be talking to about getting it removed,?

Look for discrepancies between the entry and the paperwork you have.  I sent this letter to the 3 CRAs for a judgment and so far have gotten a deletion from EQ and a "need valid ID" from Experian, and am waiting on TU.  I adjusted the letter per each CRA's reporting - this was the one to EX, for an amount of $1112 while the circuit courts here deal with amounts over 25k.

I am looking for information on a public record entered on my credit report.  On a report I acquired through *****, it says that I have a judgment on 5/07, case number **** from “Circuit Court”.  This information is not complete enough for me to investigate, and the amount is lower than the circuit courts in my state deal with.  Any information on this tradeline is appreciated.  Please send me the name and address of the provider or furnisher providing this data, and the manner in which it was provided so that I can personally investigate this matter.

Get in touch with who filed the lein erroneously.  They are the ones responsible for having it removed.

Because you spouse was deployed there may be something protecting him there.  Read the Soldier and Sailors Credit Relief Act  or talk the his JAG or equivalent.
