anybody out there from VA ever dealt with credit adjustment board? they are the biggest liars. if you get a phone call from them don't talk to them because they will say you said stuff that you didn't. the guy tells me "i take very meticulous notes" i told him he needs to listen more carefully then so he can take meticulous notes!!!
ok here's the problem, i sent them a pfd he tells me ok he'll delete it but won't send me a letter saying they agree to do that, almost in the same breath he tells me he's not authorized to do that but it's already done. he said the there's no letter on his computer allowing him to do that, i said there was no letter on my computer either but i still was able to write it. so now what do i do, i want to pay this bill because i owe it simple as that but i want it off my credit report. do i send in the check or wait him out until he agrees to send me a letter?
