Is that a copy and paste response LOL?
Yes I opted out, the balance was paid to the OC last August. Trans took 30 days and on the last day they said it came back verified.
That is hard to believe. I think if they (TU) doesnt get a specific response from the CA, or OC then they dont change anything.
I just sent a MOV to TU to see if they will change anything. That is unnaceptable verification
In all honesty, an MOV letter is a waste of time. Since TU verified your paid med collection, I'm almost certain it was an electronic MOV - aka E-Oscar. Somehow you probably didn't have a human investigate your dispute.
I assume the CA never sent you proper validation? Its very important you answer this question: Is this collection marked as dispute and verified on your TU report? Or something to the effect that "meets FCRA requirements"?

Lazy TU
Ok! Your next steps would be the following:
Since TU verified your paid collection but the CA did not provide an accurate and complete validation, send this letter to the CA.
