HIPAA HELP!!!

Currently using the HIPAA process to remove a paid medical collection.  Sent DV letter to CRA and they verified.  So next i sent the Alternate DV letter to the CA CMRRR about 30 days ago.  I never received the green card back nor have i heard from them.  Should i resend the Alt DV letter back to the CA or go ahead with the Follow up letter to the CA and just include the copy of the letter to CA and CM number without the card?  Please any and all advice is needed.

Do you mean you sent this PRE-HIPAA MEDICAL DISPUTE LETTER letter to the CRA and they verified the paid collection? 

Since you cannot prove the CA received the Alt Med DV letter, you cannot send the follow-up dispute letter 2 to the CRA. Try sending the Alt Med DV letter again.
