Well, I really can't see any violations by the CRAs. So, filing a complaint against the CRAs with the FTC won't help. At this point, you might want to consider filing a HIPAA complaint against the OC with the OCR (Office of Civil Rights). How old is this collection anyway?

The case is 2005. That is when I got the ultrasound done. I was paying in parts without a payment agreement. Then they suddenly sent it to CA.

How do I complain for HIPPA violations? Where any idea? Any other complaints I can make?
