Hippa followed but no response, what now?

Hello,

I followed the hippa procedure and sent a letter to CA CMRR a few weeks ago.  As soon as I got the green card back, I sent the followup to Experian CMRR.  I received that green card a week or so ago.  Today, experian sent me a copy of my CR and negative entry still has  not been deleted.  The hippa thread indicated additional steps that could be taken and I was wondering if what those were?

Did you follow all of the steps in the proper order? Is the collection paid or unpaid? Please list everything you have done so far and the dates if possible. Keep in mind EX is usually the hardest CRA to get a delete from.

Yes, as far as I can tell, I followed the directions on opting out and sent the pre hippa to Ex on 2/2/09.  I received an online investigation from Experian about 2 weeks later that showed one medical deleted, one medical with CA address and info not deleted and NCO CA for utility (which I understand I have no options for getting deleted). 

2/18/09 - sent scenerio #3 dispute letter to CA, as collection was paid back in December.

2/25/09 - after receiving green card, I sent followup letter to experian.

3/11/09 - received credit report from experian that still shows same CA on it.

Account has been paid.

As yet have not received a response from CA on the scenerio #3 letter sent.

Did EX make any notation on your report that this med collection was disputed and verified?
