Now that my CR are on their way, we are starting on my DH's. My info was all accurate, but he has a ton of old addresses on his CR. Does he call or send a letter to complete pre hippa Step #2?

Step #2 is disputing old inaccurate addresses online with the CRAs. Step #3 is sending the pre-HIPAA letter to the CRAs.
