Medical Collection

Hi All,

It's been quite some time since I've been on the board.  I've missed you.  I'm now back in the game of credit repair and need some help please.

DH has 3 medical collections that popped up.  All have been paid to oc. The CRA's are reporting them paid but have also duplicated them and show 3 unpaid for the same amount just the account number differ by 1 -2 numbers. In essence they show him as having 6 collections.

I've opted out and  I'm now ready to start sending my letters. Do I send a different letter for each collection or should I include all of them on one letter?

One pre-HIPAA letter for each collection to the CRAs, but you can use envelop per CRA. Send this letter CM to the CRAs and wait up to 35 days for the CRAs to complete their investigations.
