If the original creditor is willing to work with you, I would pay them. You really want to avoid paying the CA if you can. How much can you afford to pay on a monthly basis?

I would say probably about 100 a month.  Should I send a validation letter to the CA's?

Call the original creditor and see if $100 a month is doable. No way! Its too danegrous.

I guess I just worry about sending a CA money and it not going to the right person that I owe.  I can't afford to send each one a $100 a month...just tackle them one at a time?
