Newbie with Med collection confusion

If I pay my medical collections in full, will they drop off of my credit report?  If so, should I make the payment to the CA or the OC?

One bill is $393 = DOFD 6/2007

another is $$107 = DOFD 12/2003

lab bill $160 =DOFD 10/2006

I did opt out tonight (used option 1)

No, its likely your med collections will be marked as paid. Since you can afford to pay these collections in full, I recommend you follow the HIPAA letter process in my sig line.
