Opt Out Letters

I am in the process of sending out the opt out letters to all my creditors...Does anyone have an address for Sprint and Bellsouth (AT&T)?  Right now, it looks like the only way to contact them is by email. 

Do I still send the Pre-HIPAA letter to the CA for a medical collection that has already been paid and you know who the OC is? Isn't the Pre-HIPAA letter used to validate the debt?

You should send your opt-out letter to address that's on your Sprint and Bellsouth statements. If not, call them. Have you read the medical collections and HIPAA letter process link in my sig line?

You send the pre-HIPAA letters to the CRAs, never the CAs. This letter is an attempt to have the CRAs force the CA to send you validation, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
