I had a paid collection on my reports. Now Which senario do I use for the Hippa process if it is a verfied and paid collection???. I try talking to collection agengy , but they refused to removed it from my report. Dispite the Hippa laws. I didi sent a letter to EXP, TU, EQ. But they sent me a letter basicly saying to contact the Collection agency. I didi nothing happen. Can some help, understanding what it is ai reaaly need to do
