When is a medical collection too old to mess with?

I remember in a post one time that Fused gave the advice not to mess with old medical collections, since many are too old to be having any negative impact on one's score? I doubt that there are any hard and fast rules as to what point in time this is, but any input will be appreciated on these medical collections I have. All are unpaid and I can PIF if need be:

$216 scheduled for deletion December 2011

$491 scheduled for deletion June 2013

$253 seceduled for deletion June 2013

Thank you!

I would say if a collection was to fall off within a year to let it sit.

Yours will continue for longer then that. I would PIF (even if it was 1 at a time)  using the HIPAA process.
