Ok, so I Pre-HIPAAd all 3 CRAs for 4 PAID med accounts.
Here's the progress so far:
TU: Deleted 2 (YAY!!!), verified 2, both from another CA, TU received my Pre-HIPAA on 2/27/09, no word from CA yet, do I start scenario #3 at 35 days (I counted on the calendar...but should I just be adding one month +5?), on 4/3?
EXP: they rcvd my Pre-HIPAA on 2/27/09 for same 4 PAID med accts, because I sent an additional different account dispute after that, they extended my dispute to 4/12. Again, no word yet from CAs. Do I also start scenario #3 on 4/3 if no word from CA, or wait until 4/12 when EXP investigation complete? Thing is, this is the same CA from TU who is running up on 35 days for the same acct. So, do I give the CA the extra days EXP took or not because they have to respond by the TU window?
EQ: same as above, they rcvd Pre-HIPAA on 2/27/09 for same 3 PAID accts (one got lost in the mail, which I have to resend later). No word AT ALL from EQ yet. Do I also start scenario #3 on 4/3 if no word from CA (which is the same CA not deleted for TU and not yet finished for EXP)?
Thanks...I hope I am not asking too many questions. I am probably way overthinking this whole process but I really just want to do it right.
guys i need help. ive just learned about this hippa pt out process yesterday so i am a newb at this. i have optd out with the credit bureau. i have 2 PAID med accounts from Senex corp. do i send the opt out letter from Step 1 to Senex?
I also have an upaid at&t bill that has been removed 4x and keeps coming back from the dead. i now understand that their selling that account. Do i opt out with that company?
how do i keep companies from reselling old debts. if i opt out i understand thats bad to do that with a bad account. thanks in advance
