I'd probably do the same thing

This is what people should do with it, but I suspect most people will either blow it on unnecessary items (which is what keeps our economy moving, btw) or else pay down debt.
Buy an aardvark! Ok honestly I'd buy more stocks as it hits a new lows.
Pay my credit cards and put some in savings.
I'd either invest it or convert it to 1000 $1 bills if the TP hoarders insist on price gouging. I'd rather wipe my *ss with money then negotiate with terrorists.

Hahahaahaha This great! Ok, i changed my plan to this
Right to savings. It wont make up for what I'm losing now due to all racing events, car shows, and Nascar Racing Experience rides that have been cancelled at Daytona Int'l Speedway up to May 1st. Next up is Return to Rockville 3 day rock concert in May. Sucks.
As of right now, it's going to be a $1,200 check and it will only be distributed to people who make $75,000 or less.
People who make $75K to 99K will get a partial check.
People who make $100K or more don't get any check. They just get to pay for everyone else's check.
Hope I get one to knock my utilization down a bit.
I had a thought....If there are approx. 350 million people in the U.S.and the government was going to pass a Trillion dollar stimulus package if they give every U.S citizen a million dollars they would still have 650 million left to do whatever. With everyone having a million dollars they wouldn't need any more help.
Basically they say that they are trying to pass the trillion dollar package and give everyone between 1000 (1 trillion dollar stimulus) and 2000 (may have to do a 2 trillion dollar stimulus) dollars. I.m no mathematician But..........
These numbers are as mysterious as when the stock market crashes and EVERYBODY cries about how much they lost but you never hear about WHERE all that money went.
I love the way they say they are going to give everyone a check but in reality to get a check you have to meet certain criteria (not referring to how much you make because that is understandable millionaires don't need it). e.g. in 2008 if you received retirement income you didn't qualify for the stipulation of earned income so you didn't get a check.
As this pandemic is nothing the world has ever seen before hopefully they do give each and everyone of the needy a check.
I know a lot of the forum members will suffer by the time this pandemic really takes root but I hope everyone will come out OK and continue to improve their credit and help others improve theirs.

Indeed.
I trillion dollars divided by 360 million people = $2778.00 per person
