1 Oxford

2 Harvard

3 Yale

4 Cambridge

4 Imperial college

Also I did a Summer program in Rome sponsored by Louisiana Tech University, but that was for general cultural enrichment rather than part of my academic career and I've never set foot on their campus.

I can't say I entirely agree with the writer's (AP) poll, which is what the OP posted. I would rank Oklahoma about 7 to 9. BYU, who are they. USC, number 4, C'MON, the PAC 10 is horrible this year. I expected Ohio St. to move up to 10. Here is the coach's poll (USA Today).

Here, there, and elsewhere, anyway.

Oh, well, at least we've identified a quarterback, young and green as he is. We'll put him through rapid Intro to SEC Football orientation for the rest of the season, and see where we are next fall. And how recruiting goes.

Fused, I agree with you. The writers poll always tends to be a bit "goofy" to me. Something is always amiss with it. BCS Rankings come out this week, I think. That will give a truer picture of things, even though it still factors in that stupid AP poll. Certainly, USC is getting love, because everyone thought that they were the cream of the crop. Oregon State OWNED them, but here they are creeping back to the top 5. The SEC does bring it weekly. I love watching that conference play football, and I am a Big Ten guy. I am about to lead the charge to fire Brett Bilemma, if he doesn't bench Allan Everidge.
