I've stumbled upon the opportunity to buy a booth rental salon. I don't really know anything about the industry, but my understanding is I'd primarily need to maintain the business licenses, rent, electricity, etc.
My biggest question right now is, of the three years financial summary I was given for the business, 2020 was the best year! Does that seem legit?
I'll take any other thoughts or horror stories of you've got them.
