I've used them once, for a move of around 350 miles. I didn't have any problems that I can recall, I think they dropped and picked up as scheduled.
I also used them when I moved from San Diego to Chicago. It seems much more convenient that hiring movers or trying to haul all my stuff in a U-haul. I didn't think it was terribly priced, especially considering the convenience of it all.
We used relocube for a 700 mile move. It was the most inexpensive moving that we could find. Their customer service was amazing, the CSR gave us a pretty decent discount. We drove with smaller belongings and our cat up to our new state. The cubes were waiting for us when we got here. It was all pretty effective and as hassle free as it could be.
I used pods to take my tine packing. After I was finished, they picked up and delivered as promised. Not cheap but it allowed the time I needed without a schedule.
