I love Avalon Bay Communities. Here in Connecticut, they pull Equifax so it will depend on your state. If your husband has a judgement, they can just use your credit. Your best option is to go in and talk to the leasing manager of the community you are interested in. They are very knowledgeable and will tell you the best route regarding the judgement.
