Right now my sig when fixing it up in the personal information setting basically just looks like
<img src="https://imgur.com/JuH8wCZ.png" height="70" width="95" title="Costco Anywhere Visa $10,000 | Opened 2019 | 4% Gas / 3% Restaurant / 2% Costco & Grocery / 1% Everything"><img src="https://imgur.com/UQkWBsJ.png" height="70" width="95" title="The Home Depot Store Card $5,001 | Opened 2019"><img src="https://imgur.com/pXAVWPG.png" height="70" width="95" title="Wells Fargo Carrier HVAC $8,500 | Opened 2019"><img src="https://imgur.com/SU5rUxA.png" height="70" width="95" title="Banana Republic $8,000 | Opened 2019"><img src="https://imgur.com/JuH8wCZ.png" height="70" width="95" title="Costco Anywhere Visa $10,000 | Opened 2019 | 4% Gas / 3% Restaurant / 2% Costco & Grocery / 1% Everything">
But of course different src and titles for each card.
It's kinda hard to read very much not human readable. I tried adding spacing or new lines, but the interpreter ends up adding new <br> in place of entering a new line or removes any spacing between the code sections which makes it look crazy.
Is there a place to format this or make it easier to read such as maybe a program that "beautifies" the code then reverts back to this?
There are a plethora of online sources that you can copy/paste your html into and it will "beautify" it for better legibility. You can then edit as needed, copy the edited source, and paste it into your signature panel.... but you'll need to do this everytime you edit your signature as once you save the beautified source version in myFICO, it will revert back to jibberish.
Here's one...

Thanks that seems to do the trick wish they had an option of not indenting though. Found http://minifycode.com/html-beautifier/ which doesn't indent, but compared to the one you linked that one actually runs the code and you can see the results so that is better for trial and error it seems

Yea - I linked that one because the RUN feature can be useful (should you forget/accidently delete a quotation or something and break the code). It indents by default for proper scheme and unfortunately doesn't offer a no-indent option.
