Capital One remove account on login

I recently combined my cards. I was wondering if I can remove the closed card from the online interface or does it stay on for a few months?

It stays there for a while. When I combined my Plat to QS and closed my QS1. Took a year for the Plat to go poof. Now waiting for the QS1 to disappear next.
