Can confirm for Contributor rank I just hit 75 posts and received the rank level increase, but my sign-ins are only at 81 so the sign-in number might be lower than 100

I hit Established Contributor at exactly 500 posts a couple of weeks ago, logins are now at 454, minutes are 23k so well over the minutes for that level, but not quite the logins the chart suggests.

I rolled over to Senior Contributor exactly at my 1000th login.  I was at about 3200 posts, no recollection about how many minutes online.

The Ranking table has been updated based on recent posts in this thread relating to rank ups and associated sign-ins. No changes to minimum # of posts except Valued which was increased from 1000 to 1050. Post thresholds are fairly well defined except minimum for Mega. For many members the actual # posts at the time of rank up is well above the minimum because some other factor(s) had not been satisfied. [side note - minutes online does not refresh/update until after signing out and then signing in again.]

Senior Contributor status is typically achieved by the 3200 post level. In contrast members often don't reach Super Contributor status until 6000 or 7000 posts although some reached that rank at slightly above 5000.  * All posters at Mega Contributor rank have at least 15,000 posts a 10,000 minimum is likely low. [smorgasboard posts don't count in the required number]. Thresholds are rounded

Below is a re-cap of user perks that are rank dependent:

1) Putting cards in signature [Member]

2) Upload images/pictures into posts. Also 'Member'.

3) Changing user picture (avatar) [Regular Contributor] 

4) Sending a notification to other MyFICO users by typing the @ symbol followed by the users name. [Senior Contributor] Also Community Leaders regardless of rank. Note: the @ "name" will send an email notification to the designated user's email on file.

I see you are at 14,372 posts so I suspect you mean about 600 posts short of 15,000 for Mega - yes? Of course, posts on the smorgasboard don't count toward reaching the threshold.

As illustrated below, members can have well over 20,000 posts and not reach Mega rank (MyJourney has 31,001 as a Super Contributor while LS2982 is a Mega Contributor with 15,453 posts). Today's post range for Super Contributors is [5,759 - 30,001], [3,112 - 10,404] for Senior Contributors and [1,054 - 12,996] for Valued Contributors.

gdale6 is the all time leader with over 40,000 posts. M_Smart007 is the highest frequency poster followed by Remedios. AverageJoe was nonconforming so his start date (4/23/2016) was cutoff.

Post counts were pulled 8/5/2020 - Missed a high post count Moderator Emeritus (added llecs).

No, I meant logins. The table shows 10k posts, with an update of 15k because you haven't seen anyone under 15k at mega. Based on the original numbers, I'm short of logins. At this point, I could log in and out 600 times and we would find out of 15k posts are actually needed, or if I already passed the threshold.

It's all very interesting.  Now that I can tag someone I'm cool.  That was the only thing I looked forward to when reaching Senior.  Try not to overuse.  Have no clue but taking a stab in the dark, I think it's primarily based on posts and subsequently everything else.

I have 3085 signins – Just above Super.

I have 56,700+ Minutes online – Slightly closer to Super than Senior.

Learn so much through reading these post and occasionally have the opportunity to provide my  thoughts, congrats and appropriately last, knowledge.  Still lots to learn.

Currently as an Established Contributor I have 922 post, just short of the next ranking of Valued Contributor.  Assume I may reach Valued once I hit the post mark.
