Congratulations on your promotion to Senior Contributor, @Horseshoez!

Thanks very much, @JoeRockhead!
@Aim_High, this is a virtual "Like" of your posts.

I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

Here again is a link to an older post showing disparity in ranking vs post count. Some prolific posters appear stuck at ranks well below what their post count would imply.

A quick search today came up with the following user post counts by rank level. Please note, the search does not capture all current MyFico members for whatever reason. My guess is capture rate is less than 50%. A couple extreme outliers are highlighted.
Rank Level Lowest Count 2nd Highest Highest Count Range Valued 1057 3752 8441 7384 Senior 3042 8518 10732 7690 Super 5754 14509 31002 25248 Mega 15453 19919 20828 5375 Epic 22398 22795 22795 397 Legendary 30426 33989 34405 3979
I've been legendary for a little bit now but most of my stats are way off, compared to table. I think page views and messages read are also important as you get higher in rank.
Current stats.
Other current stats.
Interesting data.
I made some downward adjustments to minimum MOL and sign-ins at ranks of Super and above based on your data. Increased minimum Super Contributor posts to 5500 based on other data. See below table for changes.
Per the link in your post, a screen capture shows you were stalled out at Super Contributor until over 24,000 posts. Given your relatively low sign-in count listed above, that criteria might have impeded your rank up. Then you started ranking up again like falling dominos.
I do suspect a missing criteria is either page views or messages read but, not both. Not sure which one to pick as a 4th but leaning toward page views.
P.S. You have a very high ratio of messages read to MOL. A speed reader is among us.

In the process of reviewing older posts for data on page views, board views and messages read vs rank. May add 4th column to incorporate one of those criteria but, data is sparse.

I think page views and messages read are also important as you get higher in rank.
I also jumped from Mega to Legendary - no Epic status at all. This still makes me wonder if the higher ranks must be manually approved. I also ranked up twice, at exactly the same time once, in the beginning. Same time stamp!
The criteria for ranking up is wild here. 🙃
Your double rank up is classic for static data requiring a refresh.
When myFICO had a system glitch back in 2016 I lost almost all my minutes on line and rank dropped from Valued Contributor to Member. However, I retained my post count. Log-in count was retained as well.
Subsequently I had 3 rank ups one day and 2 another day. Rank ups did not show until I logged out and in again. Back then you could stay logged in multiple days continuously. I believe the log out and back in would trigger a refresh which in turn updates rank status.
Something like that may have happened to you. A subsequent log-in triggers a refresh of rank that had been in stasis for some undetermined reason. (MOL more likely to have been limiting your rank than log in count given logins should trigger a refresh).
Your double rank up valued/senior could have happened if you already had sufficient log in and post count but not enough MOL. If the system kept you logged in for 3 weeks continuously your profile would accumulate 28,000 MOL. Then a log out happens. You log back in, MOL updates, rank refreshes and you see a double rank up.
Reached Valued Contributor at 1051 posts, on my 490th sign in, and 15,778 minutes on site. All since January 25, 2024. I had to restart since I didn't sign on for a couple of years.
It will be months until I reach the next level. Good luck everyone!!

Congrats @CorpCrMgr1 .
Your 1050/1051 post is another DP to solidify one of the thresholds to rank to VC.
