The addition of a Discover card with a SL of $8000 has pushed me over the $200K mark --- I now sit at $200,500 credit limit with 2% util.
Thanks to all of you over the past three years for your encouragement and your wisdom. All three scores are hovering around 780. I can't believe what has been accomplished by following your advice and recommendations. Seven years ago, my 20-year marriage ended, my company filed for bankruptcy, and I soon had no job, no money, and then no credit.
Fast-forward to my new life --- new state, new job, new home, and solid credit! Had I found this forum sooner, I think I would have made quicker progress, but I made some mistakes in the beginning. I agree with those who say this is not a sprint --- it is a marathon. Hang in there --- you will make it!
