Re: Favorite Card Visually

I just got a Charles Schwab debit card and the simple design is kinda growing on me. Just a little blocky map with some shimmery flakes in it. The holo effects on the discover cashback is also neat, as well as being a vertical card. HOWEVER. These are simply debit cards, plebs, cards that shant get normal use. We need moar pretty cards, my roommate just got a lowes card, it's transparent edge is also pretty neat.

I like simple, and I hate busy designs.

Prettiest card for me is still my old Zync which I've been flatly turning down upgrade offers for years on.

Regular use modern card, I like the CSR but I actually like the Bonvoy Brilliant card too... the other Amex Bonvoy is hideous imo but the Brilliant with the subtle pattern on dark grey contrasting with the Bonvoy logo in silver and the Amex network in blue, I think looks classy.

After looking the card image up ... a light bulb went on reminding me of a card from the yester' year ... the First National Bank of Omaha used to issue an FNBO Discover Card in Black with a texture very similar to the card you referenced. Interesting the similarities (shredded mine or I would insert the card image). Very curious as history repeats itself ... Smiley Surprised

I know friends who would benefit from having a judgmental cat on their cards Smiley LOL

Re: Favorite Card Visually

The Discover cashback card is hands-down the best looking debit card I have seen, but it is almost beat by the green, metal Acorns card. The $3 monthly fee on that account sours it for me ever so slightly lol.

For CCs, the Amex Gold, Cap1 Savor, WF Propel, and CSP are visually appealing to me. It probably has to do with the different colors used when compared to seeing Southwest Premiers and Nusenda credit cards all day. Out of the ones I have, I really enjoy the look of the Propel. The gold Disco is pretty cool as well. I read somewhere in the forums a while ago that someone really liked the way USAA cards look, but I'm gonna have to disagree with 'em. I love my USAA card, but it is the thinnest and cheapest looking card I own. Ironically, it's my highest CL card Smiley Very Happy
