Good Job, Crappy Co-workers

So to outline what I do, I am a Customer Service Call Center Agent, basically do the same as what myFICO CSAs do but work at an actual Call Center (takes more than one account business)...am in the US so we are fluent English (American) Agents. Well today, I am working an account that allows me free time to do other stuff like make this post as well check go over my work statistics and specials...etc on the accounts I work with. I love doing what I do as I help those who need help making an order, extra technical information, etc.

Now for the part of crappy co-workers, the supervisors talk like us Agents aren't here, the bad mouth to each other about who they don't like, why they are glad a certain person didn't come in as to why they aren't here, and then say their own story as why the agent called in as to why he/she wouldn't be here.

Just like when I came in to work today, a supervisor said, "You need to get your talk time down on **** account or you can't sit next to this person like you have been."

*An update on that situation, the person is a temp, on an account that she doesn't get much action on. She brings in a deck of cards and when I am not getting calls due to a slow day or I am taking a higher priority company (that makes me get less calls than usual) I accept the down time and play cards til i get a call and put all my effort into the call.

My Talk time is at par until Command needs help on the spanish line (yes it happens, yes some of the spanish callers can speak a little bit of english to help them) and I get a higher average on talk time.

But what this supervisor doesn't know is, She wasn't working with Command put me on, Command knows why my time is high, but she still has the nerve to think she has authority to override Command's decisions.

I am sure the ways to deal with these problems are the same at each other company or close to it, but I have given written notice to my persona team-lead (supervisor) about the issue already...and that was about 2 weeks ago.

If I don't hear anything about it, I am going to go to the next step and go HR...she does do more than the team leads and really puts them into place. So if I do go that route, I really hope something gets better...otherwise it will just get worse.

As I stated before, I do like my job, right now it pays well enough for me to put funds aside and into other assests such as stocks, health benefits suchs as an HSA, as well a savings account which is for emergency rental payments, and car issues.

Any other advise someone could give? Something I could be missing and would need to look more into

**I have looked, read and re-read the rules/terms of the work place on how to do things.
