STATE YOU LIVE IN: CALIFORNIA
AMOUNT PAID: $95.29
TYPE OF CAR(s): 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
INSURANCE COMPANY: USAA
This is one of those threads that's dependent on a lot of factors, beyond just the state you live in, and the make/model/year of the car... like, "baddies" (accidents, tickets), your profession, your neighborhood (living in a crime ridden area will cost more than living in a safe area), whether you combine it with renters/homeowners, etc....
So, as much as this is fun, it's not all that helpful. Best thing to do is just seek out quotes from all the companies.
For reference, I have a 2012 Benz ML 350 in Colorado. When I received quotes while living in California and securing the insurance I have now, they were on average $50-75/more month than here. Progressive was by far the cheapest, at $130/mo, with one outstanding accident. Liberty Mutual was the highest, at $285/mo.
