How do I add an animated profile picture?

I've seen a couple of these and can't seem to figure out how to do it.

You'll need to upload a GIF and replace your profile pic with that.  However, the file size limitation still exists.

@myfarouco  that's because you're new here.  As you spend more time and your post count increases your community rank will update and you'll be able to add pictures, a bit more after that and you'll be able to add a custom avatar.  Each time your community rank increases you'll automatically be notified.

Post count is relevant to ranking but there are other factors in play like # of logins and amount of time spent logged in and the actual algorithm used to determine each person's ranking (other than Community Leader/Credit Mentor) is only known to certain MyFico staff.
