How do you add your CL to your signature?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right board to ask this question. If it's not please feel free to relocate my thread. I was just wondering how do people get there CLs to display when someone moves their mouse over their cards in their signature? I've read the thread about adding cards to your signature but it said nothing about this.
