Just figuring out how to add the photos but how do I add the credit limits when you hover over the image?

Walmart Store Card $5,000 Bank of America Cash Rewards $4,500 Chase Amazon Visa $3,000 Capital One QS1 $1,250 Macy's $1,600

add the html code for a title.

For example, for my Citi card it would be:
