Lowe’s Website Issues

Interesting offer. Anyway, not sure what is going on with Lowes website since it does not get open correctly or if it opens, it gives error if I want to do search. I searched online and it looks like this issue exists for several years. They may lose lots of customers and revenues, due to their poor website design. Anyway, if I really need something from Lowes, I need to order it via app.

Their website can be a $#*¥show at times. I find it helps to do things in small steps.

At most retail sites you might build a basket, go to checkout, and enter your CC info and address just before completing your purchase. But doing that all at once at Lowe's can somehow make the site lose all that info.

Maybe enter your shipping and billing addresses and save them in known addresses. Enter your CC and save it in the online wallet. And only after that proceed to put things in your cart and check out.

FWIW I've not had issues with the item searches on my Windows 10 desktop with Firefox.

I guess, they asked an intern to make a quick website overnight and they did not bother themselves for upgrades or maintenances
