I decided to try out Mint.com yesterday, because it seemed pretty helpful.
I went through the whole setup process, made rules, renamed transactions, the whole 9 yards.
Here is my problem: I inadvertently set up 2 conflicting rules, which kept going back & forth relabelling my transactions. Ok, no problem...I just deleted the rules.
Only problem now: The transactions won't reset to what they were BEFORE I made the rules! & if I go into the transaction, it still shows as a rule in place, even though I actually went & deleted ALL of my rules, so I could just start from scratch!
What gives? Am I stuck deleting everything, & re-importing all of my accounts? If so, that totally sucks, & I am SOOOOOOOOO not doing it.

hmmm..
They actually have a help desk, so you can email them with your concern and see if they can help you. However, it make take 1-2 days to get a response.
If not, what I would do, is delete the accounts and see if it deletes the transactions OR just delete the account and re-open one. and enter the new accounts
