New Favorite Pastime...Checking the Mailbox

Since my credit is starting to improve, I find myself anxiously waiting to see what offer will arrive in the mailbox each day. I'm not really wanting to apply for any cards right now. But it is the thrill of the fact. lol. Am I the only one that feels this way?

The problem is the pre approval i have been looking for hasn't come in :-(. I do get citi diamond preferred pre approvals almost every week, I get chase slates every other week as well.

Lol I use to hate checking the mail bcuz it was either empty or full of letters from debt collectors. 

Now I find myself anxious to check the mail each day to see what pre approved offers I got

Agreed thefate! I too use to fear going because of debt collectors. Now when I get a pre approval or even just a prime invite, I go in the house, kick my shoes off, grab something to drink and open it and read it like I'm enjoying my favorite novel. Lol

I'm in the same boat that used to hate checking the mailbox because of debt collectors now I have 3 cards on the way with possibly a 4th sometime next week.

Haha! I can totally relate to this! I used to go weeks on end without checking the mail because I didn't want to see who I owe money to. Now I'm getting offers and pre-approvals in the mail all the time and I'm supposed to be gardening. Just yesterday I got a United offer and I was like, do I need a 4th Chase card. They have been good to me. LOL
