Does anyone use this feature? Would be interested in knowing how it's been working out for you / if it's worth it to switch to PNC for this feature.
I've had PNC for nearly two years now, and enjoy it very much. I've had Wells Fargo/Wachovia, WaMu, BoA, and now PNC, and it wins by far. The Virtual Wallet is very convenient to use, and has many useful features, which I honestly haven't used to their fullest, but they offer a lot of great uses.
I have PNC and use the virtual wallet as well. I love it! It's convenient and easy for me to use. Not sure what others may think about it, but for me it's perfect. I like the design & the features as well.
I have the VW Select. I love it!! Customer service has been amazing to me, the people at the branch are super nice, and any issues I have are very quickly resolved. I particularly love their website, even if it is slightly clunky to load. I wouldn't be able to go back to boring, online banking. I now require a calendar, money bar, theme backdrop, and a pig on my online banking.
Awesome. Hearing great things.
It's hard to leave Chase because of the QuickPay feature and how many friends I have that use Chase. I get so much use out of QP.
I've had Virtual Wallet Select since it came out and I think it's great. However, I manage everything in Mint.com, so I actually rarely log on.
Also, PNC has PopMoney, which you can use to send money to friends for free, and I still have a QuickPay account that I use to receive money from friends with Chase accounts (even tho I don't have any Chase accounts!)
I am planning on getting a Chase Checking account at some point. I'm still blacklisted at Chase for credit cards but I think having a banking relationship might help a little?
