I was thinking of getting an ISIS wallet on my iPhone and weighing the pros/cons.
1. It seems you can load the Serve account with $1500/month using your CC's...can I use any credit card with ISIS, or does it have to be a Chase, WF or AMEX? Would I be charged a cash advance fee?
2. How do I pay a bill through ISIS? Say I wanted to pay my mortgage/car loan which do not accept credit cards...does Serve issue checks (w/routing number) by which to facilitate this?

I have used Cap One and Chase with no cash advance fee on either. They do have an bill pay service to pay for things that don'taccept traditional CC payments. I have used it to pay for auto loan and electricity bill. Its not actually isis that does bill pay its Serve that does it.
You will need to purchase an ISIS case when using it with an iPhone, at the moment the only cards you can use with it are the ones you listed. The AMEX Serve reload able card program has an offer to get $15 free at the moment. It's a neat service but I'm waiting for them to add more cards to their list.
