Racking up points with your mortgage

I know earning points on certain cards is a big deal with some people. I was thinking it would be cool to pay my mortgage and rack up points on a monthly basis. Smiley LOL

Have you used your credit card to pay for your mortgage? If yes, how did you pay your mortgage company short of obtaining a cash advance?

My understanding is mortgage companies don't accept credit cards as payment. Is this true?

Chargesmart...it'll cost you though, if your lender is on their list.

Re: Racking up points with your mortgage

Probably not a good topic to discuss as it's a borderline MS discussion. I don't think that's allowed here.

It's not MS. It's a legitimate means to pay bills that aren't typically paid by a CC.

MS is what's not allowed to be described.

REF: Search bar for williampaid, and chargesmart

Fair enough.

I'm familiar with both services, as well as what MS is. Just thought I'd throw in my $0.02. Never mind me, then. Smiley Tongue
