I've had a Truist Enjoy Cash and a Future card for about 1.5 years and have wondered why I have never in all that time gotten an email from them, no offers, no account notices, nothing, but never really investigated it.
Today I called in to request a CLI on the Enjoy Cash card and cancel the Future card.
Turns out I left out a letter in my email address back when I set my account up!🤣
I decided to keep the Future card and request a CLI on it too. Maybe I'll actually get some BT offers, or something, via email now to make it relevant, lol.
It is a HP for a CLI request, I think on EQ, but I sort of owe them the HP anyway since I used a shady trick to get them without a HP in the first place.
