@Anonymous wrote:Mine is pretty simple. I grew up at the beach, spent at least 3/4 days a week walking down a certain pennisula called Honeymoon Island. Nice walk on a gorgeous beach. No tourists out to the end. So it was like a beach to yourself with wildlife, dolphins, etc. My avatar was of that beach but I got bored. I also love the movie "Grease". And used Sandi to go along with my favorite place. Here's a pic of it:

I can't take thanks for it. But it is very soothing and all of my troubles, etc. fade away when there. They put a bunch of jetties out there this year so I won't go. Ruined it. But had to. The storms were eroding the beach too much.
So how well do you like that Tesla? Wanted to trade in my bimmer for another X5 50i drive M or a cayenne. No, not turbo. Can't afford 200k. ![]()
Really? I'll have to give them a look. M 50i is a V8 turbo? Does Tesla have turbo's? When someone is trying to fly home from work and are right behind me I like to step on it and love to hear the turbo's pop! I want something fast & cool.

Tesla doesn't have turbo because there's no motor. Turbos rely on the fumes from the exhaust (hence why there's turbo lag) and, being there's no motor, there is no exhaust. Thus no turbo
What can also be considered a pro with electric cars is the lack of motor noise. Except for tire noise, the cars are relatively quiet. Can you imagine what it would be like living next to a highway with all electric vehicles driving on the road? No more concrete barrier walls and no more exhaust soot. Tesla is the way to go!!!

Amazing.. Seriously, just go test drive one and you will be sold. I have driven a lot of fast cars and there is nothing like that INSTANT power from Tesla. Comfortable, luxurious and fast when needed.
