What's the signature code for Starting Score, Current Score and Goal Score

I tried to find this over a few places but people just had them corrected and there is no html or code listed if someone could list that code so I can add mine that would be awesome!      TY

@Priory_Man:  Your sig rocks.  I'm learning how to create one for myself -- I'm not able to just yet as I haven't posted enough I guess.

May I ask how you added the additional data below your cards?

There was a forum I found that had how to add the others I'm sorry I don't know how to link that one but I think I just searched for signature add ons or status in signature or something like that and it came up
