90 day AES lates

Any advice is appreciated.  I have 60 & 90 day lates reporting on all of my AES loans for July & Aug 2013.  I have 14 loans reporting, so this is very damaging to my credit.  .  I eventually reapplied for IBR in Sept 2013 and AES applied an admin forbearance for those months. I tried to call & they gave me the "we are required to accurately report...".  Anything I can do other than wait it out?  Thanks!

Were you actually late those months?  Do you have documentation of the forbearance and what months it was supposed to cover?  If you believe there was an error, you should contact AES with the documentation and ask them to correct the reporting.
