The loans were with US DEPT OF ED/NAVIENT, went to Immediate Credit Recovery, and than back to Navient following the rehab. All of the old TLS show Transferred in the remarks.
I complete Rehab Last month (11/12) I disputed with Transunion and Equifax and havent gotten to far yet ( I did have them remove two of my accounts)
I just sent a dispute to Experian today. I have whole new tradelines for each loan dating back to their original lending date, I still have all of the original TLs as well with all the lates minus the 2 that have been removed on Equifax) How should I be disputing these? Should I see about backdating forbearance? Is that even and option given the fact that I now have two TLs with each SL? Could I backdate deferment? Would that even help?

Looks like I already did forbearance and deferement for a brief period.
