Hey glad I can be of some help to you Bigred , as far as the Hippa , I have not done it myself but have a family member that did and it worked. Google Wise Chats Hippa Process to get the exact on how to do it . Sorry I am not quite understanding your question about the lates ? Could you explain a bit more in detail for me .

I figured the student loan thing out i think.creditchecktotal doesnt include late payments from closed accounts i guess.guess after christmas ill do the hippa thing to get rid of the 3 medical collections then ill pull myfico scores again and see where i am.im still writeing goodwill letters to navient lol.maybe when trump takes over he will change some stuff.im so glad some people got lates removed after rehab.just suxs that some people cant

On my CCT it always showed my lates on my closed SL account? Good luck with the Hippa Process , I don't think we are suposed to discuss it on here , not sure why I just remember seeing a few threads about it . Who knows

well on my cct it doesnt show on EX  at all except on the little calender at bottom of account page,in summary where it shows accounts ever late has 4,i got 3 collections,1 30 day late car payment and 7 navient lates so i assume they are not counting navient,it updates in 12 days,well my EQ just jumped from 646 fico 8 to a 670 on my fico says navient accounts was updated,i disputed the lates 2 days ago so maybe they come off again or maybe that permately assigned to goverment come off,dang up and down one day they are gone next day back,like rideing a roller coaster.new unsecured capital one credit card still isnt one there either,got my new job in nashville,tn should start in 2 weeks or so only 50 minute drive but we gona buy another house closer,thats why im doing this crap.so hopefully in couple months we can buy another house.this has got to be the most complicated thing ive ever did,scores go up and down and its just so weird and it takes forever to show any results,i hate waiting on things lol.but yeah a 670 went from fair to good kinda makes me excited knock on wood,prolly drop in few days lol,ill keep you posted and againt thanks for all your advice

well just one student loan late come back on EQ when i got a alert score went from 670 to 662,then next day another alert shows same info score jumped back to 670 again,still waiting on navient to remove permately assigned to goverment,sent the letter to all 3 CRAs about a week ago,still waiting on unsecured credit card to come up on CRAs too.fico 8 EX 670 jumped 72 points since i checked morgage score which was 578 so hopefully it jumps up,EX is fico 8 638 jumped up 37 points since morgage score,which was 615.gona check morgage scores first of the year praying for 640 or higher.from research on this forum 120 days late hurts credit less at 2 year point last late is 1/2015 so first of year its 2 yr mark.so im thinking 50/50 shot i should be able to get house first of year.still sending multiply GW letters to every navient email i can find still no luck,but im stubborn and gona keep trying,
