Help with Chase
Need some help here, I have 2 Chase school loans that are being reported to all 3 of my credit reporting agencies. They were sold to Chase back in 02/2010, Chase then transferred it to another department called ACS/JPM as 1 account now.
The 2 Chase accounts are on my credit reports as ‘Transferred” with a zero balance, but both Chase accounts are having a negative impact on my credit, along with the ACS/JPM Chase account. My question is can Chase leave the original 2 Chase accounts on my credit report since the new ACS/JPM account is the same.
I basically have 3 Chase negative accounts reporting the same information, within the same company. Is there a way I can have the first 2 Chase accounts removed, since the ACS/JPM account is basically the first 2 accounts summed up into one?
