Just wanted to see if anyone has any advice on verifying that NCT has the necessary paperwork for my loans. I am current on the payments because I'm trying desperately to rebuild my credit and not in any danger of getting sued by them.

But given all of the news surrounding the collector not having the necessary paperwork and being forced to dismiss loans I figure its worth a shot. I am paying on roughly 42k in NCT held loans that they may not even legally have a right to collect.

Million dollar question. I'd like to know this as well, however i'm not for sure if the information is available to the public. Last I read, there is an internal audit happening at the impacted loan servicing companies and once that is completed, more information will be shared.
