Hello - I am getting a retroactive forebearance for some lates from back in 2012-2013 and when I asked for a letter stating that I was in forebearance at that time they told me the letter will state that this will not effect my credit and they couldn’t change my lates due to them being accurate at the time.
Will this letter still work if I dispute the lates?
