Navient's New Website and Problem with Payment Instructions

Just wondering, is anyone else having issues with Navient's new website?

I have 3 loans that are stuck together as a "group", so I usually submit an additional payment and send an email with instructions to apply those additional payments to one of the 3 loans via their "Contact Us" portal. It's kind of a pain, but it was never a problem until they upgraded their website. In fact, I've sent 3 messages to customer service (receiving an acknowledgement email for each one), and I still have to call in and ask for them to apply additional payments as requested.

It's annoying, but was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. If I continue to have problems and have to keep calling in, then I suppose I will need to either separate the loans in the group (not desirable as they are reported as a single loan on my CR, and would require me to re-enroll in Auto Pay for each individual loan), or submit a complaint to CFPB (as this has not been a one time occurrence). I recognize that I shouldn't be so...OCD about wanting to pay each loan in the group when they are reported as a single loan, but seeing a 0 balance is mentally liberating (and since I still owe almost $280k, I'll take whatever I can get).

Frustration aside, loan payment processing companies really should not make it so hard for folks to pay down their loans outside of their terms.

I hate the new site. I use the link on the left side to launch the old site.

Me too! The old site wasn't that great either, but at least it worked (until they launched the new site - and now nothing works when I want something done).
